PAYMENT TERMS: Orders are shipped on net 30 day terms upon approved credit. We also accept checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus and American Express credit cards. No COD's. Billing address must be the same as the credit card billing address. Address verification is used on all credit card orders. Internet credit card orders may receive a phone call to verify order. Make sure a daytime phone number is given to avoid delays in shipping orders. Orders that do not meet the requirements listed on this page, the order form or anywhere else on Cross Connection Environmental LLC, web site or catalog(s) will not be filled. Orders submitted without key information fields (phone number, email, name, address, etc.) filled out will be deleted.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We do not accept International orders. Established customers only.

PURCHASERS: Purchasers must be 21 years of age or older for all products.

SHIPMENTS: All merchandise is sold F.O.B. Phoenix, Arizona USA. Title to merchandise transfers to purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. Responsibility for loss or damage in transit rests with purchaser. Cross Connection Environmental LLC will cooperate in providing all needed information for processing claims. Orders will be shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise requested. Air freight is available for certain items (Items such as chemical defense sprays or other hazardous materials can only be shipped by ground service. No International sales.). Freight claims must be made within 3 days to delivery carrier. Shipping costs are determined by carrier, carrier service, weight and destination. See map below for UPS Ground delivery schedule. Typical UPS Ground shipping costs to the the continuos 48 States for an order up to two pounds is between $5.00 to $6.50 unless you are in UPS' Delivery Surcharge Area*. We charge actual shipping cost, no handling fees. Shipping charges to Alaska And Hawaii are higher, There is no Ground Service to Hawaii and Alaska.

SHIPPING CHARGES: Typical UPS Ground shipping costs to the States above for an order up to two pounds is between $5.00 to $6.00 unless you are in UPS' Delivery Surcharge Area* .*Delivery Area Surcharge. A Delivery Area Surcharge (additional $1.50) applies to Residential Ground deliveries in certain ZIP codes. A residential delivery is one made to a home, which includes a business operated out of a home. If your destination ZIP code requires the Delivery Area Surcharge (additional $1.50), it will be applied to each package in your shipment. This is a UPS charge. We charge actual shipping cost, no handling fees. Shipping charges to Alaska And Hawaii are higher, There is no Ground Service to Hawaii and Alaska.

RETURNS: All returns must be made within 14 days of shipping. We do not rent products! No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Cross Connection Environmental LLC. All returns must be in original packaging, not opened and not used or altered in anyway. A 20% restocking charge will be applied to restock products. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Special order items or modified items are nonrefundable. Returns shipped C.O.D. will not be accepted. All returns must be properly packaged with copy of invoice, credit card receipt, return material authorization number (RMA) and original box/packaging (100% re-sellable condition); the customer is responsible for merchandise damaged as a result of improper packaging. Items opened/removed from original manufacturer's packaging are not returnable. Returns without return material authorization number (RMA) will not be accepted. Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the buyer, period. We do not rent products! All warranty issues are to be sent to the manufacturer of that item, not to Cross Connection Environmental LLC. Any item sent to Cross Connection Environmental LLC for warranty will be shipped back and/or subject to additional fees (such as shipping costs, etc.).

REFUNDS: Refunds will be issued after inspection of goods, proof of purchase and have met the requirements in the Returns section.

Registration and Cancellation Policy

PRICES: All prices and terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

WARRANTIES: All warranties issues are to be sent to the manufacturer of that item, not to Cross Connection Environmental LLC. Any item sent to Cross Connection Environmental LLC for warranty will be shipped back and/or subject to additional fees (such as shipping costs, etc.).

CREDIT CARD FRAUD: Credit card fraud is a felony and we will aggressively prosecute anyone attempting to misuse a credit card number. We track every transaction and will use all means available to prosecute persons attempting fraud. There seems to be a growing trend for children to use their parent's credit cards to order over the Internet. In these circumstances the parent or parents are responsible for their children's credit card charges. This is Credit Card Fraud and will be reported as such. All charge backs will be billed $50.00 each plus any additional fees (including shipping charges) that Cross Connection Environmental LLC may occur. ISP addresses are recorded (along with browser, operating software and other info) on all Internet orders.

OFFICE HOURS: Cross Connection Environmental LLC is open 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM pacific Time, Monday through Friday. We are closed for all National Holidays. This includes Christmas, July 4th, Thursday and Friday of Thanksgiving, Labor Day, Memorial Day, New Years, etc. Orders may still be placed during off hours and Holidays.
